DIt is commonly believed that rural areas are facing issues related to land and thus offices and housing constructions are being hampered. However, a group of people are of opine that the government should build houses and others architectural buildings in countryside areas. I don’t agree with the above statement as there will be a number of issues which can have negative impact on the overall environment. In my opinion offices and housing should be constructed in a more technological way than covering land of urban areas.
The first and foremost reason of my disagreement is countryside land is not meant for industrial activities instead its more beneficial to have agricultural production. As major part of our food production is done near by urban areas and its free from any kind of air pollution and thus making food more healthy and nutritious. Organic fruits and vegetables requires some favorable environment and climate which can be affected by constructions of such buildings and houses.
Another vital reason for opposing the view is healthy lifestyle of people can be affected majorly who resides near by urban areas. People those who lives near urban areas are more healthy and happy in comparison to peoples living in cities and downtowns. Additionally most people love nature and peace that can only be experienced in countryside areas. As a result establishment of new buildings will somewhere ruin the natural provincial parks and habitats of some animals and plants .
In my opinion, , cities houses should be build in multi-story structure so that a lot large group of people can be accommodated and thus the problem of scarcity of land in rural areas can be overcome.
To conclude, I am not in favor of using rural lands for purpose of housing or any other amenities. Countryside is know for simple life and wonders of nature further its beauty should not be destructed .
