Many people spend a major part of adults life their time bob satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. Nowadyas, adult life more spend at work because people need money and they want spend time ay work.
The first criterion people they like more spend time at work because there are all comfort. Adults like work since there are different people and they would communication. For example, when I was a teacher at school, I was doing well and at school work is good. Adults take salary and they like spend. They are distracted and rested. A fair salary and benefits are also important consideration.
In light of these idealistik factors, it is not very relastic to expect job satisfaction to be pervasive among all. Nowadyas, adults like to have a career. The career would increases. Some people like to work long hours, since they are enjoyed and relax at work. Some people worked even after retirement since people at jome very boring they are only good work. At home many people did notlike live because those like get to work and with people like talking. However, adults people at home they need to rest their health may not support them. Some adults people health good but some adults people all body paint. Those do not work. However, at work better people only adults people becouse they to know all things and young people they have learned.
