Today, because the population is growing very fast many cities and around are being used for contructions of new housing. Do the adventage outweigh the disadvantages ?
On the one hand using natural plasec for housing helps solve the problem of homelessness. Every one needs a safe plase to live. If new house are not built rents will become even more expensive and poor people will nor be able to afford homes. For example in a city like Tashkent rents are alredy very high and people have to work rents are already very high and many people have to work long hours just to pay for small apartment. So building more houses can make life eiser for many people
On the pther hand, destroying natural places causes many problems. Parks forests and green spaces help clean the air make the city cooler and give people a place to relax. Without them cities become hotter dirtier and more stressful also tourists like to visit beautifull places so losing them could hurt the local economr once natural beauty is gone it is very hard or even impossible to bring it back
In conclusion although building houses is important to help people I believe that losing natural beauty is to big of a price to pay it is better to find other solutions fixing old empty houses or creating new towns, instead of destroying parks and forests.
