Overall,it is evident that all the metal shows fluctuation in the price throughout the year, but among them nickel price was dropped drastically, while copper and zinc seemed to be in relatively steadier pattern.
Looking at the details of nickel, it was higher in the beginning month with a 6% price rate, but dramatically declined to -3 in June, whereas the price was stable at minus 1% till September then increased to 1 in November and remained constant until December. Furthermore, copper gradually declined to -0.5% in March, before surged to 1% in July and remained constant till September then showed slight fluctuation and increased to 1.5% in December. Moreover, zinc was the lowest among all of the three metals which is 1% in January but slightly soared to 3% in February before subsequently dropped to -1% in June then remained in between 0 to -1 till October and finally rose to 2% in December, making it the highest price at the end of the year 2014.
