There are a lot of types of jobs in the world. And each person has a unique career. But nowadays, being self-employed is becoming a popular choice in each field of the work world. There are some advantages and disadvantages of that.

Firstly, having own business is very hard to achieve. In current world, person who want to have business has to have financial support, aim and time. One of the advantages of that is the decisions: no one interrupt your decisions except experts. There is no above level person who can criticize you or fire you, but there is more responsibility on you and every decision you made affect the future of your business. Also, among the all works, you have to spend enough time with your family and protect your mental health.

On other side, there is a work that you have no business. There are a lot of employees in the world that work for a company or a person. And the advantage of this type work is that the future of the company or project don’t only depend on you. There are co-workers who want to create a good work.

In conclusion, being self-employed have some difficulties. But if you are good at your work, these difficulties getting easier by time.
