Higher salary is too significant apart from satisfied work. Based on this, I would like to elaborate my disagreement with it further.
There are multiple reasons behind it. First, having interest in work is most important which will impact on your performance. at last based on your performance you will be encouraged. This encouragement could be either an increment in the salary or a designation promotion. At last, the map of your growth is increasing gradually. in opposite, without interest, you can earn money however it may chances to lose the job according to your low level performance. Moreover, this factor is as similar as affected in getting higher salary.
On the other hand, high salary is important in the fast pace era because everyone wants to become a rich overnight, however nowadays, government regulation is applied everywhere. According to the governmental rules, people are categorized based on there annual income such as people who are earning below poverty line, above poverty line and rich. based on that , government is collecting taxes from the people. Therefore, as per the rules, if the higher the salary , higher will be the taxes that have been paid to the government. At the end, there is no benefits on hand that we can say. Moreover, Lack of work satisfaction and having a higher income may chances to lose position in the future as well because the organization with whom you are working also analyzing your skills, attitudes and presentations. Last but not least, “Greediness is the one of the barrier of your fall.” so on, gradually increase of the salary with a good performance will transform into a good career and savings.
In conclusion, we can say, a knowledge and passion of work can improve the financial status but it only happens when you give your 100% in fulfilling provided tasks at your workplace.
