It is argued that nowadays the large revenue is more significant than job satisfaction. I strongly disagree with this statement, and this essay will include explanations about this statement and give some examples.
On the one hand, job satisfaction is more important than higher salary, because just money can never help us live our dream lives. A lot of people who work in large companies, or in other types of jobs with plenty of money, usually have more burnout and not enough time for their own lifes. They work every day with hard graphics, minimum breaks and it continues every time, thus it can depletes their energy and motivation to work. On the other hand, their life can seem boring, without their favourite jobs, they can not have time for their own children even, due to their conferences or other types of hard not favourite works. For example, in many families there are parents who work every day a lot of hours, in order to get a good profit, which can lead to stress and considerable burnout and it is really important for the mood of their babies.
Therefore, people who have their favourite jobs there are successful in life, because they feel happy with this despite lower salary. If every person will have that job which gives them relaxation, a smile and good sleep, they can live a really vivid life in this world. Furthermore, people can achieve success, just doing things which give them all opportunities, such as travelling, caring about their own life, purposes and especially living their best life.
In conclusion, I believe that doing your favourite job is the best way to feel happy , rather than having higher salaries in life. The works with biggest profits usually will be hard and people can have depression and job satisfaction is more important I think.
