In our daily lives, jobs are a common thought. If the job is not satisfying, then our mind does not want to do this job. So I disagree with that statement. I think job satisfaction is more important, and in this essay I will talk about it.
According to me, if the work is not satisfying you, then come bed impact on your mental health. For example, after finishing your work, come home you feel like disturbing and rude yourself. And then you are not able to spend quality time with your family and friends, and day by day you get yourself alone & lonely.
Secondly, not only mental health but also decrease work performance. For example, if you are doing a work that does not satisfy you at all, then day by day it’s effect on your performance. If your performance decreases day by day as a result, there is a big chance of job loss. On the other hand, suppose you have a job that does not give you the pleasure you want but that provides you with a large salary, which I personally think is not worth it. Because if you have money, you are able to do lots of think and buy anything you want but not pleasure.
In conclusion, as I mentioned before, I personally believe that job pleasure is more important than a large salary. That’s why I totally disagree with this statement. However, in my opinion, I think the best dell is a satisfying job and a medium level of salary.
