Childhood obesity is critical issue obies among the childrens is the major factor in today’s time.which has impacted on physical and mentally health resulting in to several health issue in a very young age. I will explain causes and solution in below paragraphs.
To begin with, there are several reasons for overweight problem in young age. To elaborate, in nowadays mostly children eat junk food due to a lack of awareness about junk food and consumption convenient food and also they drink too many sugary drinks like energy drink and fruit juice as they have Good and attractive packaging, but it’s not good to health which is impacted on physical health. One such as serious problem is sleeping time in now generation mostly child are play games, watch TV and do other activity in late night. resulting to they face health issues In very young age. for example, vector bond diseases, like malaria, second is waterborne diseases it caused by drink typhoid.
Furthermore, I think there are several measurements that can be done by parents. Firstly, giving children healthy food, controlling what they eat and ensuring that they have a healthy diet.for instance, a diet that includes more vegetables and less fat content. Secondly,Government can limit junk food advertisements, which are directed at children and finally, restrict the time they spend on other activity in night and encourage them to do sleep earlier.
In conclusion, it is true that obesity among children with its negative impacts, but it seems to me that there are many solutions to tackle with this problem.
