However, governments and schools can take clear steps to solve this issue. First, governments should offer higher salaries for people who have thoughts go to rural schools for teaching. For example, society benefit and incentives set for teachers in some elementary school which were established in mountains in Taiwan. Furthermore, school can have webinars to avoid students can’t approach more learning resources. For example, Taiwan’s schools provide tablets to each student and then they can go on many educational-tech platforms which provides free learning video.
