Some people argue that finishing a university degree is the best measure to obtain a good job. On the contrary, people believe that acquiring experience and learning soft skills is most significant.
Overall, I am of the view that getting a university degree may help us to get academic jobs. On the flip side, I equally believe that obtaining experience and developing skills may help us to get better results in business.
University degrees aid us to acquire good professions. There are numerous multinational and international companies, and such companies prefer to provide jobs to skilled graduates. Most of the companies first rely on academic certificates. This is the main reason students go to universities to get their desired jobs. One must have a university degree. For instance, in most of the university hiring processes, many companies go to hire students for their companies to improve them.
Acquiring experience and skills may aid us to obtain better outcomes in life and business. Having academic degrees is not good if you are good at a job but can’t produce better consequences for the company. To develop a business, a person has to have experience and knowledge about working with problems which come out during work. When a person has a certain amount of skill, he/she can do a job perfectly. But if he/she lacks such skill, then he/she will be more prone to get fired from the job within some days. In my opinion, it is good to have experience and skill that helps us to get a desired job as well as helps us to provide better results to the business.
In conclusion, a university degree helps us to get jobs. But we should have skill and experience to use our knowledge and provide better results for companies’ success.
