Competition and cooperation has been a major debate for years. While some people think it is essential to compete, others believe we should help each other more. I personally admit that competition is tacking control over most aspects of daily life, and having a strong personality is important to succeed.
On one hand, competition is driving students and employees to put more effort into what ever task is handed to them. Despite the crucial feelings ones might feel during these hard times, we tend to over come the challenge and the constant comparison between each other. Moreover, it could lead to a more cooperative environment because school mates and coworkers will seek consultation from their superior mates.
On the other hand, cooperative environments encourage us to learn more comfortably. Furthermore, it can increase our self-esteem and confidence, because getting praises from teachers, classmates, and managers while working on tasks is substantial to improve quickly. Additionally collaboration lets people learn from each other and share a huge information network that leads to progress.
In conclusion, if competitive environments had a cooperation soul it will lead to massive growth. Therefore, everyone should be ready to face their colleges with appropriate manners to keep a united working community.
