Starting a day with positive thoughts is essential.I always plan my day ahead so in the next morning I know my work which I have to do.
I start my day at 8.30 a.m.Clean my house by sweeping and swapping. I spent hour in meditation. For this I always prefer to chant devodational; mantras and aarti. As per my planning, I prepared our breakfast, as I live with my husband and brother in law. we enjoyed thepla and tea.Breakfast gives a quick energy capsule for whole day. My husband went office and I started my work of laundry.
My IELTS preparation was satred at 12 a.m. I listened some of the videos of BDS and Asad Yakub channel to enhance my reading and listening skills. For the speaking test I choose to watch videos, which had tricks and techniques. I noted down related notes such as in one video they used “Newspaper” as a topic ofpart 2. I learned how to make a storey of given cue card, main points which I have to remember at the time of exam. In the lunch time, I ate dal-chaval. A nap is essentially to recharge your battery level, I make sure to have a slot for it,in the afternoon period.
Back to kitchen,I started preparing my dinner. We planned “panipuri” for that. I completed my dinner ahead at around 7.30. Listening and reading test was scheduled at 8.00 p.m. When my husband arrived at home, I was ready with my test scores. We talked about lagging points related to speaking. He asked me about my whole day. We slept at 11.00. That is all about yesterday.
