Mental health issues have become significantly widen among young individuals and teenagers in contemporary society. One of the main reasons is an increase of workload hours for living better conditions. However, governments and schools may take to actions in long-term implications.
Firstly, workload of young generation is increasing in a substantial amount. As a result, workers exposed to prolonged stress in the work environment and even at home. Since they could not finish their assignments on time. Furthermore, to getting promotion and living in the better condition individuals commence do not even taking a break like a holiday. They started to live alone and do not engage in with peers and relatives. Subsequently, this may culminate in more pressure on people’s mental health and well-being.
However this problem may alleviate by collaboration of governments and schools. They should act together and propose possible implications to addressing this issue. The first action can be increasing salary and promoting holidays in a certain extent. As a result, individuals may decrease to worrying about their job and have sufficient time spending with their family members. On the other hand, school may stimulate teenagers working in the group activity and increase the number of outdoor activities to increasing physical endurance. As a result, children may strike up conversation with their peers and feel more connected with real world.
In conclusion, reasons of having mental health problems are varied such as workload and desire to live in better conditions. Nevertheless, with the right regulation may be solved by governments and school.
