To address this issue effectively it is essential to take serious measures. One effective solution would be to introduce school-based counseling areas, which allows for students to get the answer to their problems or seek help at an early age. This approach can detect anxiety or depression. Another viable approach is to control the use of media. It is true that the main mental issues are caused by social media.
