Salaries have risen higher in corporations in recent years. Especially, heads of different departments have significantly more income than simple workers. Some individuals believe that it is reasonable, however others think that could be discriminatory. I am partly agree with both of given opinions, furthermore it would be better to keep a balance in providing salaries among employees. In this essay, I will discuss both sides and determine my own position.
Developed companies can allow high salaries for their key positions in the working systems. More often, such strategy help to motivate and enhance employees for self-development. If people work harder and show higher не working skills, they will probably get higher salary too. However, diligent work does not guarantee competitive salary as employees could expect to have in family leading organisations.
Different types of organisations build own internal policies of regulating money and job positions. Some of them seem to be biased for certain working adolescents. Lower positions as technical or serving staff usually are given less salary comparing with higher positions in one company. For instance, head and deputy heads are paid much more money than ordinary teachers in local schools. In one private school in Astana, the headmaster’s incomes about 5 billion tenge, whereas teachers from senior school to crèche have roughly 1-2 billion tenge per month.
The balance is an important key in many discussions. And people working in large organisations are willing to earn as same salary as their directors. It will be better, if people earn money for their true work. Therefore, if workers were vigilant and stay in one company for more than 5 years, they could expect to be given an additional payments. That is tend to be more sustainable and supportive solution for all disagreements in workplaces.
