In many poorer countries, such as the nations in South America, there are problems with people leaving their own place to live in developing countries to find good opportunities of job in their careers. This issue causes a break in the struture of the poor countries where good professionals are necessary and the problem would be solved if the students were valued.
Firstly, many professionals, specially people who studied a lot of years to be an expert in their areas, leave the poorer nations to be able to share their own knowlegde. After, the workers earn a lot of money with that and build their lives. For example, students from medicine and biology degrees in Brazil who leave the country to work in Europe and North America. This moviment of emigration happens due to the government not offering opportunites and not incentiving/encouring the people with money and benefits and it causes a break because the nation looses the best professionals and could not develop the country.
To solve the problem with the emigration of good professionals from the poorer countries, the public administration has to put some money to give opportunities for the students. Also share types of trainee programs to insert good employees in private and public places. For example, the federal goverment has to bring programs of study with free fees for the students who want to do Masters degree or Doctorate degree for a couple of years during the program.
In conclusion, the exit of good professionals in poor nations happens due to the absense of opportunity and it would be solved with support of the government to all types of knowledge as biological, human and mathematics areas and it would help in the development of the country.
