As it is known, the dwellers in the poor nation who works as a doctor, teacher and other a wide range of professionals leave their country to work abroad. And this causes the significant challe such as weakening of the country’s economy which worsens general situations of urban areas. Nevertheless, this issue could be addressed by improving working conditions. In this essay, we will discuss the problems and their solution of ways.

First of all, talent migration weaken a financial system of a developing country. Lack of specialists in the education and healthcare areas restricts people’s access to main services. To give an example, in the rural districts, diseases sprawl more briskly and couldn’t be treated due to the lack of doctors. Additionally, the quality of education significantly decreases. Young generous also suffer to master the necessary knowledge and talents due to high skilled teachers ( abandon ( abandoning) ?? the province. And this negatively affects a development of a government on long term perspective. Thirdly, social problems might be engendered as a result of this process by bringing more charge and creating more tense environment as well.

On the other hand, several ways can be applied to prevent the intellectual emigration. Initially, labour sphere in growing states must be made better and salaries should be raised. This will definitely encourage people to stay in their own nations and continue their jobs. Secondly, Governments should generate the special programs by offering the different events, scholarships, certificate courses that give the individuals more opportunities in terms of motivation.

To conclude, professional relocation is seriously drawback and this lead negative influences from both short term and long term perspective. Both Internal and international actions should be taken. By this way, kingdoms would have increased generally welfare of society.
