Hiring a right candidate is always a matter of concern. Many peope believe that employers should hire the employee on the basis of personal qualties rather than based on their degrees and experiences. I strongly agree with this notion, as it hepls in growing the economy that I will discuss in upcoming bodyparagraphs.
Analyzing the statement and explaining further, the first and foremost reason behind is that if employers provide the opportunity to novice as they are recently graduated and they do not have any experience but they have qualities to do that then this will help to grow as an individual. Morevover, this helps in maintaining their interpersonal and social skills. After gaining experience , in future if they apply for higher position there are more chances that they will get hired. For instance, in early childhood course the university and colleges provides the opportunity for internships in school and when they are done with the volunteering they can direcly apply for the particular role and can work at the same school. As a result, this motivates other people to learn and believe in themseleves.
Probing ahead, this will helps the economy to grow. For example, if the companies hire them based on their qualties many people who are unemployed because they don’t have experience they will get the job and which reduces the unemployement rate. So, they are participating in increasing the gross domestic product. Moreover, suicide rate can be decreased as many people do not have job and there financial condition is not as good, they commits suicide despite of having higher qualifications.
To recapitulate, work experience and qualifications are better for the companies. However, they should focus on qualties because sometimes it is possible that an individual have both qualties but they are ignored. Lastly, this can make the wealth better and can save human’s life.
