Environmental problems are becoming a grown concern in modern society. While there are several clear causes associated with this issue, there are also realistic measures that can be taken to tackle effectively.
There are several reasons behind this issue. One major cause is industrial activity. Factories release harmful gases into the atmosphere, contributing air pollution or global warming. For example, factories built close to urban areas mostly can be reason air pollution in the cities. As a result, these factories can be one of the reasons of environmental problems. Several steps can help improve this situation. First of all, government could introduce factories in rural areas which are far from city center or avoid building too many factories in one place. Moreover, government and people also can help by creating green spaces.
Another consequence is plastic waste which is caused mostly by individuals. Plastic waste is one of the biggest environmental issues in the world. It is harmful because plastic does not decompose quickly and stay in nature 100-500 years. Many people waste plastics and ignore recycling. For example, people leave litter in the streets or factories sometimes dump waste into the ocean. For this reason, green areas and oceans are becoming polluted and influence on environment. To solve this problem government could introduce more waste recycling facilities and citizens also can make small changes, such as reducing plastic use or do not through it in streets.
In conclusion, although environmental challenges causes serious problems, these issues can be reduced through appropriate measures taken by both government and individuals.
