In today’s rapidly evolving world, it is widely believed that educating plays a key role in societies and until the age of 18 individuals should go to schools to develop their skills. I firmly believe that going to schools is necessary because individuals can learn various things.
There are several reasons why going to school is necessary. Firstly, by going to school, fundamental things will be taught to students. Such as, learning alphabets, reading and writing ability. Additionally, they will learn how to communicate effectively and make friends. Most children at the age of 7, 8 are shy and they try to overcome it. School Is one of the greatest place to overcome shyness and increasing confidence. For instance, when I was 9 years old I was very shy and barely ask for help, once I experienced loneliness I decided to make friends and improve my social skills, as a result, I made a lot of friends and my confidence has significantly increased. Secondly, education has a direct impact on crime rates. Education prevents individuals from committing a crime. Educated people consider the result of their behavior and will not driven toward criminal activities.
On the other hand, some individuals prefer to participate in practical courses instead of academic education. For example, in some countries including Germany, government does not force students to stay until 18 years old. Furthermore, forced education may not allow students to follow their dreams. It can eliminate their creativity and innovation. For instance, a person who does not have any interests in theoretical subjects will not continue their education.
In conclusion, compulsory education can be beneficial for some individuals and it helps them to learn communication skills. in contrast some individuals tend to learn more practical subject. However, I personally believe that education until 18 has more positive aspects than its drawbacks
