Few people argue that, extracurricular activities such as art, music and drama have significance as much as the major subjects in the early years. I agree with this view because I believe that it has a positive effect on children’s minds and in addition they can improve their social skills.
If children learn the major subjects with music,art and drama at the same time they would be creative. They will get familiar with their other aspects from the beginning.I believe that they can lead themselves to initiative concepts by indulging in artistic activity. .
For instance, as far as I remember, children who participate in the painting class,They were. innovative and this caused them to have their own style in painting.
Moreover,with teaching art, music and drama in elementary school,it gives children opportunities to believe themselves so they can have an easier entery to society. For example children who are involved in such classes can easily make new friends than other children.group projects in music, drama and art promote communication and teamwork.as a painting teacher, I could see ,children had great comfort and contact with their classmates. They had a tendency to take part in a variety of different activities.
In conclusion,some claim that art ,music and drama are the same level with major subjects in primary school. I believe that it can be useful positively in many ways. This method makes children imaginative and moreover it causes them be sociable from the beginning.
