Band 6+: For many people, the reason they work hard is to earn money. To what extent do you agree or disagree? You should write at least 250 words.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

There is no doubt that working hard is one of the most debated topics in our lives. While some people argue that it has had positive outcomes, others believe it has more harm than benefit. From my perspective, the advantages of working hard outweigh its drawbacks.

To begin with, there are many reasons that people work hard for it, but I strongly believe that the major reason is to earn money. In other words, people have to earn money to provide a good life and a safe future for their families. In addition, many people who have families spend a lot of time thinking about how to rise their salaries because they want a comfortable life for their children. Nowadays, many things have high costs, such as international schools, hospitals, and universities, so the low salary will not be enough in some countries. For example, the citizens who settled in the UK, especially in London, need minimum 2000 pounds because anything there has high cost.

Another point to consider, some old people suffer from boring life, so they find that work help them to spend their time. In other words, people who retired doing what they like of work, and sometimes without earning money. Moreover, there are some wealthy people who were suffering from poverty, but in old age they found themselves. After retiring, people have the space to create their own projects.

In conclusion, despite people having different views, I believe that work hard is important to any person, and provides money.
