Some people feel that the main purpose of giving 100% in our work is to gain more money. In this essay I will explain why I disagree with this statement. Firstly, I will discuss the benefits of working hard on overall well being; secondly I will explain how working with hard help others around us.
To begin with, I feel it is very important to give 100% effort on work not only to earning money but also to improve our personal skills and developments. In addition, trying new activities in workplace lead to learning new skills. For example, if a person works hard on tasks have a chance to gain new knowledge. For a career growth gaining knowledge in different fields and learning new skills are very important. Moreover, hardworking individuals quickly earn promotions and improve their careers in a short period of time.
In addition to this working hard can also help other people who are facing problems. In our society, we can see or hear about individuals struggling to live due to financial shortage. Many students discontinue their studies in the middle due to financial problems. In my opinion money is important for survival, but helping others is also very important. Therefore, a person’s hard work leads to financial success, which means they can give more to charity.
