A majority of people earn more and more money due to which they do hard work. However, I agree with this statement but other factors such as passion and fulfillment cannot be denied.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why individuals prefer to do hard work. One of them is to fulfill the basic needs. To be more precise, in this cutting edge era, it is become difficult for people to earn bread and butter.In order to fulfill their rudimentary needs such as food, clothes, and shelter, they have to do more and more hard work. Subsequently, it will have become a daunting task in this competition. In addition to this,Another point is that they want high living standard and for long term perspective, they do hard work. To explain it, some prefer to live a luxurious life and it is hard in this modern era, so they do 24×7 work and earn handsome money. By this money they can buy very expensive products. Also,they want to save money for their future life, so that they do not depend on others for their basic necessities. Eventually, it would be fruitful for them.
On the other hand,personal fulfillment and passion for the job is the prominent point for doing struggle to earn money. To elaborate, people who are passionate about their profession or field often put in extra efforts, and some do for personal satisfaction that comes from doing meaningful work.In Finland, as an evidence, it is seen that artists, teachers often work for extended hours due to passion, not just for money. Apart from this, another reason is for the growth of their career. To be more specific, some individuals work hard to advance their career so that they can seek new opportunities, promotions, or to build a strong reputation in their industry. As they grow in their careers, they take on more responsibility. Consequently, it would be conducive for the career growth.
To conclude, fulfilling the basic needs and long-term goals are the main factors of doing struggle. In my perspective, other factors such as passion and personal fulfillment cannot be ignored.
