The realm of working among thorough employees to earn money has repeatedly been a controversial problem for not only these individuals but also the society at large; however whether many people only work to earn money or not remains debatable. From my perspective, I partly agree with the given statement due to some reasons displayed in this essay.
To commence with, there are an array of potential benefits behind the phenomenon among many people to particularly work to earn money, foremost among which is the security of stable incomes. The source of money is believed to meet their fundamental needs such as housing, food and education, which brings a better life for them. For many families and developing countries, working hard is the only way to maintain stability so they work hard to meet these requirements. Moreover, having a stable income allows for economize, investment or deciding many sudden circumstances such as disease, illness or unemployment. Consequently, many opportunities such as participation courses or travel could be expanded to dramatically improve oneself in the long term.
Conducive as it could be, I still hold firm belief that there still exist many people who work hard not just for money. Many individuals are motivated by achieving proud emotions and value making a difference in society that money alone cannot provide. Fromthere, they overcome challenges and work hard to have success in careers and receive recognition from colleagues and society. For example, teachers, artists and scientists often work tirelessly despite modest salaries because their work gives them purpose and satisfaction.
In conclusion, there are a myriad of agreements brought by the matter of hard-working people to earn money such as maintaining stability and enhancing opportunities. However, this topics also concurrently inexact for many people especially who have a high emotions when achieving success.
