Band 5+: Full-time students spend a lot of time studying, but some people say that they should be involved in other activities too. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

People have different views about Full-time students have to focus on only their studies. While some argue that they must be attracted in other activities too.I believe that involving in other activities is the more reliable way.

There are various reasons why some people believe that education is the main purpose of being a full-time student.Higher education and schools prepare young students for their perofessional life,so students need enough time to attend classes and complate revise.Without this task, they may go down behind and lose valuable opportunities. For instance,a medical student who don’t pay attention to practise will not become a expert doctor.

In spite of these argument,I believe that spending all time on anly academic work can be harmful.Students who never rest often suffer form stress, lack of concetration and dipression.Sports, volunteering or joining clubs help them to relax and keep heath. In addition, these activities develop life skills that classes cannot teach, such as co-working,make decision, leadership and problem-solving.For example employers always look for candidates abilities,so a people who with a extracurriculars has a clear high level. In my own experience, my classmates who played active games such as football or joined clubs were often have more self-confident and leadership. As a result balance is the key.Learners use the remaining free time for one or two activities that they can truly enjoy from it.

In conclusion,Although ful-time students should spend a lot of time on their studies and practise,I believe that they should also take part in other activities. This advice leads to better academic results, life skills and healthier lifestyles

New university graduates often have to decide whether to begin their careers at a start-up or at a large, established company. Start-ups may offer a wider range of responsibilities, while established companies may provide more structured training and clearer career paths. Which type of company would you recommend to new university graduates, and why? Support your choice with reasons and relevant examples. You may discuss the advantages of both options, but make your own recommendation clear.

I would generally recommend new graduates to begin their careers in large companies considering their personal development, although entering start-ups is also a sensible choice. It is apparent that in start-ups – where structured work assignments are not fully developed and may change frequently – new employees might take a wider range of responsibilities in […]
