First and foremost, these lessons about the nutrition value that an individual need is really beneficial. These kinds of lectures will enhance the pupils’ awareness about what their physical well-being. They can learn about the nutrition through questions such as what is needed for them in the adolescence and many more. Through the lessons, the obesity and problems associated with obesity amongst the young will obviously decrease. For instance, the education system in Japan after 10 years conducting the lectures about nutrition in secondary schools has helped mitigate the rate of patients suffering from obesity, diabetes and others.
Secondly, by teaching the students about a healthy diet, the statistics about height, health and intelligence might be improved. It is proven that a healthy diet plays an imperative in fostering the evolution in children, not least who in their adolescence. Getting to know about a nutrious diet will help a student to prepare what is necessary for them to consume daily and stay healthy, also benefit their growing stage. Hence, the generation with the outstanding statistics on health, height and intelligence is comprehensibly a positive improvement. Take teenagers in Japan as an example, the figures related to physical and mental well-being stands out any other countries after the recent revolution of this country, which they put lots of efforts in their next generations.
In conclusion, lessons about good nutrition and the imperative of a healthy diet need to be carried out by the education system, since the upsides of reducing the problems associated with obesity, diabetes and the better public health are obvious.
