Government must fund the public services , such as education, and health system instead of investment in the arts , such as music, and theatre. This essay will support idea of investment to public services. It proved by two arguments: Public service’s development increase people’s life quality;Arts were not interested by all society members; Society cannot achieve to successful development without great provision.
Government must support the local people’s life quality by improving the public service’s condition. Government is main tool of encouraging opportunities for people. For instance, if public services , such as education provided by new changes in education system because of new investment , it would encourage student’s engagement to study. This means that the quality of local people education will go up. Furthermore, health care system is main guarantee of avoiding the dangerous diseases because of medicine improvement.
The arts such as music or theatre have a cultural value in society.However, not all members of society interested in it.For instance, listen to music or going to theatre could be individual interest. It known that society benefits should be objective,convenient and indispensable for everyone.The human development cannot be successful without great provision. Cultural value is also significant,however , public services should be more improved by it’s value in human life’s quality. For instance, music or theatre cannot help to solve the global problems such as diseases or economy issues. People usually tackle with with kind of issues by providing public services.
