It is often argued by some people that in modern era, some people believe that having a degree from a reputed university helps to get a good job. Although some people might disagree with this notion, but I completely agree with the statement. Not only because of education, and skills but also because of experience. This essay will explore how these factors justify my opinion.
There are multiple reasons of having a good university degree guarantees people a good job. To begin with, no doubt education plays an important role in human’s life. Education teaches us how to live and behave in society. Take an example, students cannot apply for the developer and programmer jobs without an engineering degree. Because most of the corporates need a degree for all positions. They asked first about the completion of the degree. Thus, this factor clearly justify my opinion.
Secondly, apart from education, skills are required for the jobs such as communication skills, and presentation skills. For instance, a salesman cannot convince the customer without good communication. In addition, if a salesman speaks rude with the customer, then it will ruin the image of the company. Therefore, company will fire the employee. Hence, these factors clearly justify my stance.
Finally, most of the companies required experience compulsory. If we had experience, then eighty percent chances to get and secure the job.
To conclude, I believe that I completely agree with this statement not only in terms pf education and skills, but also because of experience.
