Nowadays, more and more appear new cars with good quality and easily accessible. For this reason in Kazakhstan increase number of new cars, while old cars became irrelevant. I guess it have both sides positive and negative.
First of all, nowadays there are a lot of car dealerships and became easier buy and sell car. Also in majority region of Kazakhstan relevant change old car to newest with program “trade in”. It is really good offer for people with old car. Also not including car dealership people order new vehicles from other countries delivering to Kazakhstan. Reason for this is cheaper cost than in our country. As a result became more new cars. It is good that new cars became more and it have positive sides for air quality and peoples health. Some new cars constructed with hybrid engine and it is more ecological to environment. This type of motors semi electric semi mechanical. This type of motors drives on electricity at low speed, however in hight speed it used fuel. Moreover it help to people save money for petrol.
On the other hand, it also have some negative sides. Firstly majority new cars are expensive, and not all people can buy it. Although it is new car it might be lower quality than other old cars. Some people buy this cars not knowing quality or rating. Then they break down quickly. This is one of the biggest negative sides.
In conclusion, new cars had more positive sides than negative. If people buy car with checking quality they avoid bad situation like this.
