In recent years, a lot of businesses and industries prefer to work in the countryside in some areas of the world. While there may be some benefits to working in regions of country, I believe that the drawbacks of this tendency are more significant.
On the one hand, moving to prestigious companies countryside for better working might have a number of advantages. The first point is certain weather condition, such as the coldest regions. To be more specific, the transportations can be really difficult for these industries workers or directors, with this may directly impact on their company’s image. For instance, the roads were damaged by heavy rains and floods in every autumn. Additionally, some the environment challenges may detrimental impact on jobs and the action of vehicles, especially trucks. In other words, some countries have mountainous areas and constructing buildings and working is difficult there.
In my opinion, the negative sides of this trend clearly outweigh the positive ones. One of the major disadvantages is that having extreme areas, while not being job opportunities in rural places, and this can open alternative way for employers. To be more precise, businesses want to develop their works and new companies build in big cities, whereas cities are overcrowded with both population and buildings. Furthermore, big companies require massive staffs for new enormous companies. In other words, most of business need a wide range of unemployed people, and villages have not job opportunities. Therefore, working in rural areas is sufficient for both and industries and population of village. However, there is no guarantee that employers do not face some problems.
In conclusion, even though the countryside has a lot of empty land for constructing new buildings and a lot of unemployed people, this advantage is clearly overshadowed by two major disadvantages: the environmental issues and extreme weather condition.
