Children are getting obese in different countries, because they are spending most of their time on their smart devices and not taking part in outdoor sports. The authorities can overcome this issue by promoting the exercise culture among people.

Although some children have good eating habits, most of them are addicted to their mobile phones and iPads. The algorithms of these streaming platforms and social media sites are developed in such a way that the kids get addicted to spending their time on smartphones. This results in lack of outdoor sports and exercise. Sports are essential for people to stay active, but kids are not aware of the fact. Moreover, their parents also do not educate them about physical fitness, which ultimately results in obesity and few other diseases. For example, today more young children are obese compared to the past, because they were involved in sports in older times.

Governments can arrange different campaigns on social media and streaming platforms to describe the importance of sports and exercise in improving the health. The involvement of famous celebrities will be very essential. Kids will pay attention to their advice because they admire most of the acts of their favourite crickets or actors. This will encourage them and will be an effective strategy. For example, children try to copy superman, spiderman, and other super heroes; therefore, the introduction of these famous characters in the advertisements will have positive results.

In conclusion, obesity is getting common among children in many parts of the world, which is due to lack of sports and wasting their precious time on mobiles. Some advertisement campaigns involving famous celebrities can teach the youth about the importance of physical fitness.
