The primary issue is lack of physical activity and absence of sustainable dietary habit, in this case outdoor engagement and promoting healthy eating are the main solutions to tackle the issue.
One significant reason is sedentary lifestyle which lead to gain weight. Specially, obesity is vital problems for individuals who work home office. For example, employees stand in front of computers whole day. They solve their solvable remotely problems or manage other works. In this case all of these can cause the overweight. For example, people who engage in the field of IT are able to control tasks without going to the company or changing location. The second reason is poor dietary habit which can be result of mental illness. To be more specific experienced both emotinal and physical damage may lead to this. For instance, if the one person face really hard situations or conditions, this effect their mental health and result of it, the very guy start to overeat. Finally, overeating contributes to the problem I emphasized.
