In recent years, there has been noticeable trend where the worls youngster seem to entail various skills, while ederly people are limited. This essay will outline a number of causes for this trend and number of solutions to tackle this issue.

To begin with, a growing number of old people do not find any occupations due to high unemployment rate. Almost society believe that these days young people have more strengths, it is beneficial for companies develop in the future. Therefore, recruiters tend to favour who have experience over those who do not. Another point to discuss is that the relationship between young and older people. To exemplify this, we live in changing world, almost students know well english. However, not all elderly people also know, the conditions in the past is a challenging. Consequently, They probably do not know well english than youngsters. All in all, those feel social isolation and feelings of exlusions.

Tackling this issue involves long solutions from both government and individuals. The authorities should invest in educational programmes to help them develop technical skills such as training, workshop, courses,…The aim of this project was to build bridges between younger and older generation which ensure older people are more employable. Furthermore, technology companies could make their products or services more accessible. These might include providing more user-friendly and technical support.

To summarize, there are main contributors to the problems and several measures are suggested to put an end to the situation. From my perspective, more expenditure should be spent equally on technical skills training to minimize the gap.
