One the one hand, there are several reason why elder person never get enough respect as they want in their rest of life after getting retired, they are feeling solely in these stage.Primarily , the main key reason is old ages community would not adapt themselves in the mordern world as we know everyone involving in mordern technology therefore it is getting defficult for them to cope with the situation . Secondly, the people with aging person doing outdated activities that’s why young genaration never display honour . In addtition , after being retired from their work never got monetary support all time and they become their family burden as a result without having eny family support they lead to a miserable life . Finally , the young generation mosty spend their time in social media platform hence don’t know much how to coperative with the elder and what they actually mean to them they don’t care about that always be in online waste their precious time .
On the other hand , two impact of this problem are decreasing social value and lacking of well round labour . The people with old community have made great contribution in the society . For example , In bangladesh a groud of old people create a plan to do restaurant business and surprisingly it was get much popularity and has created a thousand jobs for many young genaration over 37 years . Furthermore , it is unfair to say that the elder are useless due to the public morality standard decline,it is totally wrond idea. There are quite a few number of position that are only perfect for the elder people who are more skilled in that feild . This job require experience rather than physical power they have.
In conclusion , from my point of view that although there has some issue why communal don’t support elder one and I try to discuss some impact for this problem .
