In recent decades the growing number of people are following the vegetarian diet in order to achieve some benefit for their entire life. This has some positive views like long duration of life expectancy and healthy lifestyle, rapid decrease in number of obesity and some negative aspects.

Initially, vegetarian diet is a beneficial help to our entire life. People follow this diet in order to lose some extra weight and follow a healthy lifestyle. By following diets their life expectancy will also get long due to eating healthy meals instead of junk food. For example , due to the report of ministry of health of US, one third of people now are facing obesity and it brought them several illnesses. . Ministry of health also reported that this brought to lack of nutrients in body and high potential to be diagnosed with diabetes. Lack of healthy nutrients in body causes serious illnesses and brings to early death. To prevent this in Asian countries like South Korea and Japan ministry of health of these countries are inviting people to have healthy food and follow diets. In fact life expectancy in these countries especially in Japan is longer in contrast with other countries. Because they follow vegetarian diet throughout thier life .

Moreover one major benefit of diet is the rapid decrease of prevalence of obesity. As the vegetarian diets have low calorie and fat ,that may prevent some diseases in blood circulation and cardiovascular system. Therefore if people do not have meals with huge calories they don’t have risk of facing with diseases. To demonstrate, South Korea where a majority of people avoid eating meat and eat mostly seafood and vegetables have lower statistics in the rate of obesity in the world.

However, there are also some negative drawbacks like lack of certain nutrients and high cost of the products. Firstly lack of nutrients like B12 or iron omega-3 is seen in people who follow diets. These kind of nutrients are typically seen in some animals and plants which vegetarians do not eat. Lack of these nutrients may also bring some diseases like anemia fatigue and nerve damage if people do not eat them. Furthermore cost of vegetarian products are too high. If you want to have a real diet you need to have fresh and organic food which are too expensive like alternatives of meats some vegetables and seafood. These are some drawbacks which have common vegetarians.

To conclude, both aspects have seen and there is equal balance and for initiating a good diet people should be aware of these positive and negative aspects
