In recent years, nowadays, unemployment globally has become an important issue in modern societies and countries. It has attracted significant attention because of its impacts on societies. This essay will discuss main aspects of highly educated people and explain why it is important for the economy of a society and country.

One of the major aspects of unemployment for graduates is unplanned degree programs and lack of collaboration with industries. This is because job sectors are not growing well and are also facing many troubles in the form of price fluctuations of raw materials and fuels. For example, it clearly shows that job-creating sectors are not generating enough revenue from their business and are also not building further units; that is the reason for unemployment. Therefore, this can play an important role in understanding the reason for it.

Another aspect of it is that outdated degree programs in colleges and universities are being offered. Many institutes are still offering old programs and do not change previous ones with the latest course outlines because the adaptation of new technology is needed for the progress of a nation. Furthermore, all these factors are affecting our economy. As a result, it is evident that unemployment has a significant effect on our society and country.

In conclusion, highly qualified graduates without employment are a significant issue that affects many aspects of life. The educational institutes and job-creating sectors need to make a strategy to resolve the issue; it is helpful for the economy of a country. Understanding its importance and consequence can help individuals and society make better decisions in the future.
