In various countries, young people are compelled to get a job which they don’t fit or want to do. There are three reasons and two problems which occurred from this.The first reason is a lack of competence. People want to get a job which they want to do, but it requires they to have ability. However, most of people don’t have it enough to earn money. The next reason is to live. People do work to earn money even if it is a job that they hate. For example, there is research that ask people why did you choose your job. This research found that about 70% of worker were thinking that my job dose not suit me. Final reason is because it is difficult to find that what job fit me at the beginning.
Being in a job that doesn’t suit you cause two problems. People who got a unpleasant job tend to feel depression. Being in unfit job affect people’s mentality and physically , and people lose motivation to work. This trigger second problem. It is decrease of productivity. Unmotivated people are unwilling to work hard and cooperate with other people. Because communication with company employee is stressful thing. This situation cause make it impossible to work efficiently and increase productivity.
In conclusion, the reason why people often get a job which doesn’t suit them is because of a lack of competence to earn money, necessity of money to live, and insufficient of understanding what job suit me. And Being unpleasant job cause two problems; getting depression and losing effectiveness. In my opinion , finding fulfillment in a job you hate is important. Once you feel rewarding, you might think that this job fit me.
