It is argued that in many countries, traditional arts and crafts are losing popularity due to mass-produced goods. Some individuals consider that authorities should provide financial aid to protect these types of traditions. I completely agree that governments play a pivotal role in preserving these traditions.
It is clear that nowadays a wide range of art is created by AI- related tools and because of this, a large number of art designers are losing their jobs. Moreover, these types of tools have a detrimental impact on traditional arts. For instance, currently a large number of people are using a wide range of AI platforms to create traditional arts rather than buying them from sellers, because AI sites are free and convenient to use without registration. As a result, AI tools create a wide range of benefits for the community but for art sellers it has had a negative impact on their careers.
On the other hand, nowadays, a large number of arts and crafts students are losing their interest in their subject due to a lack of investment. Additionally, the education fees are expensive, and the tools available to students are limited. To prevent this type of problem, the government should fund art student’s course fees until they finish the course. In addition, governments should organize interactive competitions among students by offering money or discounts for students who win these competitions. By implementing this method governments encourage student’s cognitive abilities and improve their academic performance. Moreover, this type of competition assists students who suffer from a lack of investment. As a result, monetary prizes improve student’s financial situations and improve their future careers.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that governments play a crucial role in preventing the loss of traditional arts and crafts.
