People argue that traditional art forms are becoming less admired as younger generationsincreasingly turn into digital art and entertainment. From my own persepctive, I strongly agree that governments should provide financial support to preserve traditional art forms, as they play vital role in mainting cultural identity.
One important reason why governments should financially support traditional art forms is that they preserve cultural identify. Traditional music, dance, and crafts refelect a nation’s history and values, and losing them would have weaken cultural heritage. Foe example, many traditional folk dances and musical instruments have disappeared because young generations are no longer exposed to them. Governments could fund cultural festivals and museums in order to keep these art forms alive.
Another reason is that government support can make traditional art more accessible to younger generations. Many young people prefer digital entertainment simply becasue traditional art is rarely promoted in modern education. By funding school programs, and workshops, governments can encourage students to engage their cultural heritage.
In conclusion, I strongly agree that governments should fund traditional art forms, as they play a crucial and essential role in preserving cultural identity and educating younger generations.
