Stress is a major issue in modern society. With studies showing not only adults but teenegers and children as potential victims of such worrying trend. Despite its recent popularity, i personally believe governaments should focus more on such a worrying disturb and promote effective measures to reduce its risks.
Stress can be caused by a moltitude of factors: either a hight demading university degree, a very stressful work enviroment or a very unbalaced daily life. With nowadys society prioritizing productivity over health it is relatively easy for people to fall in the vicious cycle of stress. Stressful daily schedule may also increase stress levels upon individuals: long working hours and fewer free time might increase pressure and cause burnouts.
With stress being this popular, i personally believe governaments should promote initiatives aimed to support people suffering from stress. Affordable and easily accessible psycological supprt should be guaranteed for all, both for young adults and older people. The governament should also adveritise for a much healthier and balanced work life, giving credits to companies and factories which offer support to their employees in this field. Similarly, anti tress support should be guaranteed for children and young adults in schools, since more and more teenagers are experiencing hight level of stress in the education system.
In conclusion, with stress being worryingly popular in recent years, istitutions should offer effective and efficent solutions to such a problem, in order to reduce its related dangers that may result in more serious and complicated deseases.
