Many people have an amazing brain that can control their activities and brain has many components such as neuron. These neuron are connected to each other thorough synapses. In my point of views there are pattern detection and habits formation in both of long-term and short-term.

First, many students have an adaption metabolism for their activities. When the brain is active, even their body cannot work yet. It is supposed to do. This process strengthens the body’s retrieval metabolism, helping it stay healthy and allowing the brain to be better absorbed information. Brain development can neutralise ability from a better body. For instance, students who fulfil their responsibilities with constant activities are motivated from good habits to be a good personality. This helps retain and recall information though neuroplactity and critical thinking. Thereby acting long-term memory. Accordingly, a long-term useful for permanent data storage.

Second, the environment can influence people, consequently they should reinforce their mood and cognitive patterns. Accordingly, brain cognitive prossesing can increase dopamine levels at people. For example, students performance may depend on their mood. Good mood helps the brain receive information more easily and keep it in short-term memory prior to it moves into long-term memory. Indeed, without a positive environment, it can be harder to focus and remember what we learned. Hence, students have to maintain their capability to make their rasional reasoning. Resultantly, a short-term memory to form temporary data strorage.

In summary, both memory and activity are important types of behavioural formation. Exellent habits and positive environment help the brain receive information and increase dopamine levels.
