Nowadays, with the development of industrialization and modernization, human rights are being paid close attention. Indeed, as a result of such advancements, there still remains a controversial topic about whether people should use traditional foods or fast food . It seems to me that everything has two different aspects, like a coin with two opposite facets, which are discussed below.

On the one hand, traditional foods bring a lot of benefits for individuals and society. Fist of all, they are healthier for people because most of the traditional dishes are cooked and consumed in a day. Clearly, fast food contains a lot of fat and preservatives that are harmful to the digestive system and are also the main cause of disease in humans. Also, through cooking process, family relationships become stronger and stronger. Surely, cooking and eating with family not only ensures enough nutrients for everyone but also bonds the family emotionally, everyone can eat and share life stories.

On the other hand, modern foods have greatly contributed to the development of a certain country. To begin with, they are consistent with fast-paced modern lifestyle because of their convenience. Especially, they are suitable for busy people, such as workers, employees, or students who often have intense schedules. Furthermore, thanks to fast foods, a cuisine of a country can be diversified with a range of choices. For instance, my brother is unemployed, but luckily young people love fast food, so food businesses are constantly recruiting waiters, thanks to which my brother has a stable job.

In conclusion, this outstanding matter has sparked several opposing opinions. As far as I am concerned, people should choose food in largely depends on their choice, or their desire, and others should respect what they choose to consume if that fine with the consumer.
