In present era, people spent their most valuable time on money making rather than enhancing knowledge and skills. That’s why they are focused more on salary than dignity and which company provides better facilities including wages, people are more likely to join this company.
Today, there have been seen imbalancing on paying salary according to job types and many community person think that is not fair. I feel somewhat disagree with this statement.
With the invent of modern technology, one can easily up-to-date himself through various equipment’s and whose skills and knowledge powers are much better than others then he would get higher. Besides, intellectual task there are lots of task in which no needs to be intellectual but physical fitness is important. For example – in a labour type of job, employees do many hard task like uplift heavy materials or loading and unloading different things from a ship or cargo. If these employee does not pay wages according to their risk then they become frustrated even sometimes felt demotivated. As same might be happened in which jobs require skills, aptitude ability compared to physical fitness. Because a well known person who has expertise in specific field demand high salaries and its logical also.
Finally, it can be said that wages for employees differ from organizations to organization and country to country as well. I think all should pay following their jobs responsibilities and risks and if it is possible to ensure then productivity will increase either individual or institutions and both are benefitted in their perspective.
