Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Young genderation such as adolescents are moving far from their accommudations from rural area to study or work in the major cities. In addition, there are several primary reasons why people decide to do that circumstance and this is a disadvantages improvement that I will elaborate on the essay below.

On the one hand, It is essential for teenagers to leave their homes from the rural places to different locations, in case they want to improve their future. Initially, they have more opportunities in life. In fact, young people nowadays tend to seek for an employment that can meet their requirements such as high income and good incentives but the rural areas were not all that conditions. Moreover, school and society in the cities have a extensive knowledge and good community welfares, which accelerates the number of people come to the city. Besides, people desire to develop themselves through new things. Specifically, they may find challenges to adapt with the new places and atmospheres, which equips for them a soft or real skills and helps them to lern to live independently.

On the other hand, it cannot be denied that everyone should have a chance to enhance their future through living from other nations but it will lead to brain drain situation. Particularly, when people settle at other nations such as the USA or Australia and they achieve several achievements leads to the phenomenon people rush to go abroad to success, creating the loss of talent or brilliant people in the country .As a consequence, government do not have enough workforces to improve the national economy or other services, which negatively affect the plan of substandable development of the government. Furthermore, it can create a heavy pressure for young genderation due to the attendu of family, making the pessimistic thinking that they cannot fail, which harms to their mental and physical health.

In conclusion, people have more opportunities to improve their future through high income and extensive knowledge from school and work in the city, beside they can learns a lot of new things, which creates for them the solid foundation to develop themselves. Nevertheless, this context can lead to the brain drain since and create a invincible pressure for young people due to the attendu of the family or relatives.
