There is no denying the fact that working with employees online is more approachable nowadays. While it is a commonly held belief that online interacting is efficient and faster, there is also an argument that it destroies the interactions that workers get together. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.
On one hand, doing meetings online can be advantageous. In other words, it can speed up the work, and make employees achieve faster results. In addition, for workers, the work could be easier with online interaction. For example, studies show that 67% of people who work online is more likely to be prodactive than those who work offline.
On the other hand, it can be dangerous for some workplaces. It is also possible to say that, a group of workers might struggle due to not seeing each other directly.
Moreover, they cannot get all the work done perfectly because of online meetings. For instance, they might not deliver the information well to others in the group, which could lead to unsatisfied results.
In conclusion, there are no easy answers to this question. On balance, however, I tend to believe that every workplace should consider employees’ opinions and operate on them. Whether it is online or offline, every way has its own pros and cons. Some people might prefer online, while others prefer offline.
