Band 4: In most countries, fast food restaurants are become more and more available. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

Nowadays , more and more people spend most of their time devouring fast food in fast food restaurants such as KFC, McDonald’s, …. From my perspective, the disadvantages of this situation surpass the advantages .

First of all, this situation has some significant advantages which mainly recommend the most is the convenience of fast food . Restaurants can cook and serve foods within super little time , which is more convenient for office worker and those who are very busy with deadline which requires them little time to eat. This kind of meal can serve food very fast, rather than fancy restaurants or home-cooked meals which costs cook a variety of time to make. Also, the places are located at a place where people can easily find. Most of fast food restaurants are located in huge roads, streets where can not only easily found on google maps but also can be found by finding offline.

Also, the drawbacks of the fast food restaurants are become more and more available outweigh the advantages. Firstly, fast food can bring to eaters diseases and obesity . Fast food contains high amount of fats , which leads to many kinds of diseases caused by overweight or sometimes it can cause chronic diseases or even cancer – following patients for all of their lives . One of another drawback is people addict to fast food . Fast food is used to eat in a fast way and also, in hungry conditions which mainly means that people are fascinated by fast food. If they just continue to eat more and more fast food, they can be addict to it. It leads to many people become an unhealthy living person for just their meal. For example, a man has a KFC fried chicken and finds it crazy delicious, he comes to KFC in the next day for an another chicken and continues that process until he doesn’t realize that he is addict to fried chicken.

In conclusion, the drawbacks of this situation still show that “fast food restaurants are more available” surpass the advantages reasonably. However, people can spend a little time engage in a fast food restaurant for a meal (but not usually ) for their hobby and also their happiness.
