Over the last few decades, there has been a debatable issue whether people coming from diverse cultural backgrounds could live and work together, Personally, while the difference between cultures may have difficulties, I firmly think that having the oppurtunities to reside in multi-cultural societies brings more advantages than disadvantages.
On the one hand, living in various cultural societies generates more chances for the residents to learn more about different cultures. For example, diverse cultures help people broaden their horizons and viewpoints aiming to help the people living here gain more understanding about cultures. More specifically, social lifes containing multi-cultural residents also contribute to making these societies way more creative by enhancing different mindsets and careers for the dwellers living here in order to expense their livelihood. Consequently, combining diverse cultural backgrounds in societies create the variety and uniqueness in these social lifes.
On the other hand, it is comprehensive that mixing different cultures in one society can create plenty of arguements between the residents. To illustrate this point, people coming from different cultures apparently owning different ways of thinking and points of view, so it is easier compared to single-culture to have many arguements. For example, societies contaning diverse cultural dwellers can make its dwellers have some specific misunderstanding about other cultures. As a result, people living in these societies may come into conflicts, making the barriers for the city in generating creativity for living and occupation for its residents.
Having considered all the arguements above, I would strongly conclude that multi-cultural societies create more benefits for the people residing here in terms of diverse careers and cultures as well.
