Reducing crimes can be done in multiple ways, I do not believe that placing more police officers on the field and detaining more criminals will help with the problem of rising criminality. Focusing on the problems in our social life such as individuals or areas that need educational knowledge and struggle financially will affect us positively. I agree that these types of measures will increase support in our social lives.
Loads of criminal offenses come from the daily needs and different ranges of salaries. People with low-income might struggle to pay for their children’s educational fees. On the other hand, a poorer kid has less chances of being accepted to schools. Some do not have the same chance to worry about school, being in debt and unable to pay for food consumption. They could turn to petty felonies to fulfill their necessities. This is why by aiding criminals with consultation on how to get a job legally can lower the amount of offenders. Arresting more criminals and incarcerating them, where they can learn more criminal behavior, isn’t bringing any good.
Most of the people believe that funding from the government can help reduce poverty and access to education. This solution would benefit to an extent, since most countries had utilized the idea and still have the same problem shoved in their faces.
To summarize, I do not believe that placing more people in prison and the rising employment of police officers will protect the nation from the dangers of criminals. Since the problem is mostly due to the terrible academic system and lack of money, it is fitter for the authorities to take action and support the people with service companies like social services and community services.
